Scottish Power are one of the oldest energy suppliers in the UK and can trace their roots back to 1901 in Glasgow to Clyde Valley Electrical Power Company. Today they are owned by Spanish company Iberdrola Group. They generate their own electricity which is mostly sourced from renewable sources.
